Drywall & Framing

Proper framing and drywall installation provide the foundation for a high-quality finished interior.

At 2 Story Properties, Inc., we provide residential framing and drywall services for remodeling projects, additions, new construction, repairs, and interior reconfigurations.

Framing work may include popcorn texture removal, constructing new partition walls, relocating existing walls, creating door openings, framing closets, soffits and ceiling details, and preparing spaces for kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, and built-in features. Structural modifications may require engineered plans and specialized framing, which we coordinate as needed.

Accurate framing is especially important because cabinetry, countertops, doors, tile, shower enclosures, trim, and other finishes depend on walls and openings being properly laid out and constructed.

Our drywall services may include new drywall installation, replacement of damaged material, wall and ceiling repairs, repairs following electrical or plumbing work, drywall finishing, and preparation for painting. During renovations, we also evaluate existing conditions uncovered during demolition, including damaged framing, previous repairs, or uneven surfaces.

We coordinate framing and drywall with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cabinetry, doors, and other trades so rough-in work and required inspections are completed before walls are closed.

Whether part of a complete remodel or an individual project, our focus is on proper installation, clean transitions, and creating a quality foundation for the finished spaces.
