Andrew Ballantine
Owner & Certified Residential Contractor
Andrew Ballantine is the owner of 2 Story Properties, Inc. and a Florida Certified Residential Contractor with extensive hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, real estate investment, and design.
Having lived in four countries and traveled to more than 25 before settling in Jupiter, Florida, Andrew developed an appreciation for architecture, craftsmanship, and design influenced by homes and styles from around the world. That perspective continues to play an important role in the way he approaches remodeling and residential construction today.
Andrew began his career in real estate investment, purchasing, renovating, and selling residential properties throughout South Florida. Being directly involved in each project gave him valuable experience evaluating properties, developing renovation plans, coordinating trades, managing construction, and transforming homes from the initial concept through final completion.
He later spent six years working with one of Florida’s longest-standing general contracting and roofing companies, further developing his knowledge of residential construction, roofing, project management, and the day-to-day coordination required to successfully complete construction projects.
Building on that experience, Andrew earned his Florida Certified Residential Contractor license and brought his knowledge, experience, and hands-on approach to 2 Story Properties, Inc.
Andrew remains personally involved throughout both the construction and design process. For more than 11 years, he has worked with professional licensed kitchen and cabinetry design software, including 2020 Design and ProKitchen, gaining extensive experience in kitchen and bathroom layouts, cabinetry design, space planning, and functionality.
Whether collaborating with an interior designer or working directly with a homeowner, Andrew brings a contractor’s perspective to the design process—helping ensure that a space not only looks great, but is practical, functional, and properly designed for construction.
As an owner and contractor, Andrew believes successful construction is about more than the finished product. It is about building trust, maintaining clear and dependable communication, paying close attention to the details, and treating every project with the same level of care he would expect in his own home.
Today, Andrew works closely with homeowners throughout Palm Beach County, helping bring their ideas to life through whole-home renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, additions, new construction, and residential property improvements.

Asher
Project Manager
As Project Manager at 2 Story Properties, Inc., Asher plays an active role in overseeing projects and helping ensure each job is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
With a hands-on approach and a genuine interest in all aspects of residential construction, Asher is continually expanding his knowledge, developing new skills, and gaining experience in the field.
Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented, Asher is committed to providing excellent service, supporting our clients and trades, and helping bring each homeowner’s vision to life from start to finish.
April
Office Administration & Operations
April has been an important part of 2 Story Properties since its beginning in 2013, helping grow the company while managing much of what happens behind the scenes.
A West Palm Beach native, April began her career in the yachting industry, traveling throughout the Caribbean and Europe while working with high-end guests and yacht owners. Her experience in that world gave her a strong foundation in professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and exceptional client service.
She later spent two years living in South Africa, where she worked in the film and advertising industry before eventually returning home to South Florida.
Today, April plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of 2 Story Properties, overseeing bookkeeping, permitting, legal and project documentation, and office administration. Her organization, reliability, and ability to keep countless details moving in the right direction are an important part of every project.
Outside of the business, April is a devoted, hands-on mother to two beautiful children. Balancing family life with the demands of a growing construction company, she has played an essential role in helping shape 2 Story Properties into the family-run business it is today.
