Andrew Ballantine

Owner & Florida Certified Residential Contractor

Andrew Ballantine brings a unique combination of hands-on construction, real estate investment, and design experience to 2 Story Properties, Inc.

His career began purchasing, renovating, and selling homes throughout South Florida before spending six years with one of Florida’s longest-standing general contracting and roofing companies. Building on that experience, Andrew became a Florida Certified Residential Contractor and continues to take a hands-on approach to every project.

With more than 11 years of experience using professional kitchen and cabinetry design software, Andrew is personally involved in the design and construction process, helping clients create spaces that are not only beautiful, but practical and functional.

From full-home renovations and kitchens and bathrooms to additions and new construction, Andrew’s focus remains the same: quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, clear communication, and building lasting relationships with his clients.
